Shipping Info: Your order will typically ship out within 7 business days after it is received. We do not ship on most major holidays, because mail office will be closed.
Orders shipping outside Costa Rica may take 1 to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on customs.
All orders will ship through Correos de Costa Rica (Costa Rica mail).
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within fifteen 15) days of the delivery date for a full refund. (Shipping charges will not be refunded)

Please contact us at redheadmatchcr@gmail.com within the 15-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

Additional exceptions to the return policy:
You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Only unopened and sealed CDs may be returned.
Returned items must be unused and in good state, meaning you (or anyone else, including pets) didn't wear the shirt, or dropped on mud, etc.
Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging and posters, such as bent corners and minor scratches/cracks in CD covers.
